Board member Arve Nilsson buys Serstech shares

Arve Nilsson was appointed by the annual general meeting on April 24, 2019 as member of the board of Serstech.

Over the last few days, Arve has acquired 77.256 Serstech shares on the open market and his total holding is now 77.256 shares.

The recent employee stock options program did not include members of the board.
